PEW PEEPS EXPO 2024 Takes place April 19th-21st at Henry B. Gonzales Convention Center in San Antonio, TX.

EARLY BIRD RATES ENROLLMENT OPEN UNTIL 9/30/23
Each application will be reviewed to ensure that participants' companies meet the requirements for our all-ages, public event. In an effort to prevent saturation of any one type of vendor/product, available slots for each company/goods sold category will be limited.
Approval is subject to Show Management's review, and its sole discretion. Once approved, Show Management will notify you by email and send an invoice for the required deposit. Slots are awarded on a first-come-first-serve basis.

MAX BOOTH SIZE is limited to 30x30.
Booths are 18$ per sq ft for Premium Peeps.
Booths are 19.50$ per sq ft for Early Bird Vendors (Solid Peep Vendors who register on or before 9/30/23).
Booths are otherwise 21$ sq ft.
Corner fee is 250$ per corner. A 50% deposit is required with application.
Smol Peep Tables are 6' and 500$. Corner fee is 50$ per corner.

*NOTE* Minimum size for Corner is 10x20. Minimum size for Peninsula or Island is 20x20.
Cancellation Policy:
Effective following Exhibitor’s assignment of booth space, through December 7th Show Management shall retain 50% of the booth fee of each space canceled, as liquidated damages.
No refunds are given after Dec 8th for any reason whatsoever, even if the Show is sold out.

The person ratifying this license expressly represents and warrants to Management that he or she is authorized by the above Company to execute this Application.
